Sales Call Role Play Videos

2010 Sales Role Play Competition Winners:

1st Place - Megan Anderson - Elon University (Video 1, Video 2)

4th Place - Shelton Krantz - Kennesaw State University (Video 1, Video 2)

Video 1 Qualifying Round:  Each student had 15 minutes with the buyer to introduce themselves, uncover the buyer’s needs, address any immediate concerns, and seek another appointment to present solutions. The four videos labeled "1" were the top finishers for this round. Each person qualified for the playoff round where they would present solutions and earn the buyer’s business. Click on the video to pause it.

Video 2 Finalist Round:  The four sales role play finalists earned a follow-up appointment with the buyer to present solutions and possibly earn the business. Each student was given the same packet of product information that would help outline solutions and they had 2 hours to prepare. The salesperson needed to confirm the needs, present solutions, reply to concerns and seek a buyer commitment for some level of business. The results can be viewed in video 2.
